Sea­son­al Pop Up Cafés on Gov­er­nors Island

Gov­er­nors Island Cor­po­ra­tion d/​b/​a The Trust for Gov­er­nors Island (“The Trust”) is issu­ing this request for pro­pos­als (“RFP”) for high qual­i­ty food and bev­er­age con­ces­sions of pre­mi­um qual­i­ty in two exclu­sive Liggett Ter­race loca­tions, equidis­tant to the Brook­lyn and Man­hat­tan fer­ry land­ings. The Trust seeks high-qual­i­ty, rea­son­ably priced alco­holic bev­er­ages and food to be served in a beer gar­den or wine bar style atmos­phere for vis­i­tors to Gov­er­nors Island dur­ing the 2017 pub­lic sea­son pur­suant to per­mits issued by The Trust. 

The fol­low­ing sched­ule has been estab­lished for this RFP:

Infor­ma­tion Ses­sion and Site Vis­it: Jan­u­ary 12, 2017 at 3:00 P.M.

Ques­tions Due: Jan­u­ary 20, 2017 at 3:00 P.M.
